“Peers to Peers” is a project created by EFM and financed by the EU and the Polish National Agency. Our youth workers come from a range of partner organizations in a number of European countries ; Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Italy and Turkey. Our volunteers work with volunteers from low income areas, leading EVS projects and organizing activities for Polish youth. Our project was also carried out in collaboration with EVS receiving organizations from the Kłodzko region whose aim it is to improve the lives of young people from the local towns ,cities and rural areas.
The training course was held between 10th -16th October 2016 in Poland, Polanica-Zdrój town, which was attended by a total of 27 international youth workers and 2 trainers from Poland and Portugal.

Harmonize and create a standard system of support for volunteers with opportunities in EVS projects
Build and strengthen partnerships between sending, receiving, coordinating organizations and volunteers

Know the methods of motivating volunteers from less-privileged
Learn about the practical and logisitcal aspects of the project
Create a platform for the exchange of experiences
Summing up 20 years of EVS in Europe
The P2P project helps youth workers from all over Europe to broaden their professional skills, as well as to gain a greater understanding of the polish education system.

The training project is also aimed at increasing an understanding of social, linguistic and cultural diversity. The organizations involved in the project are increasing the ability to act at an EU level, strengthening cooperation with partners from other countries, as well as improving the quality of preparation, implementation, monitoring and follow-up of international project.
