This program is exactly for you
“YouthMaSter” was developed by Europejskie Forum Młodzieży with the support of Career Change Wales – A Training Academy from Cardiff, UK – developed from years worth of experience in conducting leadership and management training. YouthMaSter is dedicated to polish youngsters aged between 13 and 19 years old, from all regions of Poland.
The trainings take place in the Kłodzko region and have been conducted since January 2016 by the trainers of EFM with the support of EVS volunteers from European and non-European countries such as India, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Romania, Austria, Portugal, Uganda, Vietnam, Turkey and many others. The main working language is English (around 90%) and Polish.

Each student receives a certificate of participation after the training, teachers gain a certificate of appreciation for co-organizing the training with their school and the individual schools represented by the students also receive official certification for participating in YouthMaSter.
