“YouthMaSter” was developed by Europejskie Forum Młodzieży with the support of Career Change Wales – A Training Academy from Cardiff, UK – developed from years worth of experience in conducting leadership and management training. YouthMaSter is dedicated to polish youngsters aged between 13 and 19 years old, from all regions of Poland.

The trainings take place in the Kłodzko region and have been conducted since January 2016 by the trainers of EFM with the support of EVS volunteers from European and non-European countries such as India, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Romania, Austria, Portugal, Uganda, Vietnam, Turkey and many others. The main working language is English (around 90%) and Polish.


Our training program includes 7 main thematic areas, such as:
Personal development and personal branding
Communication and teamwork
Effective time management
Creative thinking
Creating a project
Techniques for effective learning
If you are worried that your language proficiency is not good enough to be part of this program, please put your worries aside. With the help of our trainers you will be able to improve your communication and language skills.
Each student receives a certificate of participation after the training, teachers gain a certificate of appreciation for co-organizing the training with their school and the individual schools represented by the students also receive official certification for participating in YouthMaSter.


Did you know…?
EFM has many years of experience in non formal education for youngsters. On December 1st 2011, EFM was recognized for its work with polish youth and European volunteers by the former President of Poland, Bronislaw Komorowski. The organization received a distinction for its creation of its voluntary programmes and its promotion of European solidarity, culture and identity.
